A Message of Hope for School

In This World

A Message of Hope Poem In this world there are beings, on their knees praying and pleading. Who run to the light for the dark tunnels end, but are left in the miserable darkness without one friend. Striving through the days and nights but deprived of human rights. Praying for salvation, while still hopeful by the grip of devastation. In this world of people who care, and have love to spare. Have voices like waves, naturally powerful and brave. The soothing sounds that make you cry, or the booming thunder that strikes the sky. Their words demeaning the abusive oppressors, fighting against the devil’s messengers. Exposing the tears so profound, from the existing menace that shakes the ground. In this world I ask of it, like the sun to a flower that sits, your light must shine before others every bit. Like the bond between brothers, you will care for one another, stand by one another, and hope for one another.

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
