Last Night Was The Last Time I Cried

Last Night Was The Last Time I Cried
Because I have cried so much that my tear ducts are dry.

Dry from the continued crying as I watched my marriage slowly dying and my self still trying.

Still trying to smile still trying to dial any number to a preacher or a counselor to help keep my marriage alive. Last Night Was The Last Time I Cried

Last Night Was The Last Time I Cried.

Because I finally realized that after all the cooking, all the cleaning, all the fucking all the sucking, all the dancing and all the acting I still could not make this man the father of my 3 children want me and treat me the way I was suppose to be treated,

Because he had his weed, his play station and his guys.
Not realizing that I was still crying and my love was slowly dying.

Taking for granted that I was all that he had, he goes in a coma I stand by his side he comes out of the coma I am still by his side. nothing changes.
So as we separate I anticipate that this marriage will end soon. He now has his own place and everything is cool.

I no longer feel like I was played for a fool. Now this man knows that pay back aint cool

I truely enjoyed that. can't wait to read more of your writings

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

    Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
