Expect only of yourself,
and you will not be disappointed.
Correct your mistakes immediately,
and you minimize the damage.
Identify the positive
and you lessen the negative.
Look always for a solution,
and your may not have a complaint.
Think with head, listen with your heart,
And act only when they both agree.
Forgive yourself and others,
and remember only to avoid repeats.
Be thankful for even the sorrows, for from it comes character
and the recognition of happiness.
