    L.J.W.

    So long in the dark
    No sense of direction
    Along came a spark
    Which brought resurrection

With a smile like the stars
    And diamonds for eyes
    Helping heal the scars
    With lips that speak wise

    With beauty and flair
    Like that of a rose
    At first would not dare
    Then watched how it grows

    The face of an angel
    Personality so sweet
    When compared to others
    Few could compete

    Brings out the best
    When times are the worst
    In a race between friends
    This one would place first

    Unsure what to do
    But something was calling
    Started to speak
    With that came the falling

    While most others have flaked
    You've always stayed true
    You helped me find myself
    That's why I love you

very well done, like the visual

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
