    LOVE ME

    Love me not for comedy grace
    nor for my pleasing eye or face
    nor for any outward part
    nor for my constant heart
    do not love me for my looks, my smile
    my way of speaking gently
    or a trick of thought
    that falls in well with mine
    if you must love me
    let it be for nothing
    and love me
    but not know why
    so that you'll have the same reason
    to love me till the end of forever!

    Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

    Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
