    Loving You

    I try so hard,
    To really let you know,
    How much I love you,
But it's a price to pay though!

    You don't understand,
That I've let go of the past,
That I want to be with you,
And I want it to last!

    You just can't believe,
That you're the one for me,
    And that in your arms,
Is where I want to be!

I wake up in the morning,
    And I ask myself.
    Is life worth living?
Or should I just blast myself?

    Then I think of you,
And know my life is worth living,
    But what would I do,
If our love had no meaning?

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
