     Maturity?

    Maturity is not quick and easy
    Perfect or stainless
    Instead, maturing is
    messy
    slow
    thoughtful
    a step at a time and
    very, very imperfect
    It requires much grace
    It is hard
    painful
    and full of process
    and failure
