    MESSAGE OF THE VIRGIN

    From the bosom of the three in one Deity,
    Eons before angels, the cosmos and humanity,

    God’s ever enlarging Love presses beyond the boundless boundaries of the Trinity.

    Why should Love be more infinite than infinity?
    It’s for humanity and the glory of the redemptive story --

    This immeasurable Love seeks to redeem man from his inborn affinity for depravity.

    In Eden the epic story of a paradise lost begins;
    Where the first Adam walks and talks with Him;

    And the Evil One mocks the Lord God Jehovah luring prideful man to sin.

    Beyond Eden, Lucifer’s darkness comes to stay.
    While later prophets proclaim the righteous way;

    They foretell the Virgin’s Son who defeats sin and death on some foreordained Day.

    Pure of heart is the submissive Virgin,
    Favored by God -- blessed of all women,

    Resolutely saying -- ‘Spirit of God my womb awaits the seed of your promised Son.’

    From the seed of the pre-incarnate Last Adam,
    Springs forth the elect’s Priest King Lion Lamb.

    His weakness is strength, His death is life; and salvation proceeds from His mighty hand.

    The Virgin’s birth pangs play out in prophetic truth.
    The dragon lingers at the womb for the Son to be loosed.

    Eagle-like she flees; while the serpentine beast is engulfed in flames as his eternal noose.

    The Virgin endures this raging cosmic battle;
    Pompous Levite priests scorn, babble and prattle;

    She knows the Son’s redemptive blood resolves and absolves the epochal sin puzzle.

    What does one learn from the Virgin’s life?
    It’s the pure heart that reflects the face of Christ!

    ‘Purify our souls O Lord; have your own way with us both in peace and strife.’

    ‘We subsume our souls in you O Lord to magnify thy Son now and forever’

    That’s our earnest plea – “The Magnificat” hymn of every believer!

    This is one of the most inspirational poems on this site. You encouraged me, and blessed my soul. Please post more works, I can't wait to read them.
