    OH COME TO ME

ALONE IN THE DARKNESS I REACH OUT FOR YOU. I SEARCH THE EMPTINESS BUT CANNOT FIND THAT FOR WHICH I SEARCH. SILENCE SURROUNDS ME. ONLY THE SOUND OF MY USELESS CRIES AWAKEN THE STILLNESS OF THAT WHICH SURROUNDS ME. ALONE AND SCARED I SLOWLY FEEL THAT WHICH WAS ALWAYS WITH ME SLIP THROUGH MY FINGERTIPS. HOW CAN I STOP THIS PAIN AND LONELINESS FOR WHICH I FEEL ON A REGULAR BASIS. HOW SHALL I CONTROL THIS NEEDING FOR THAT OF WHICH I HAVE LOST. HOW SHALL I BRING BACK THE FEELINGS ONCE FELT FOR THAT IN WHICH I HAVE LOST. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE FELT THAT OF WHICH I FEEL CAN TRULY UNDERSTAND THE MEANING BEHIND THIS. THOSE WHO HAVE YET TO FEEL CANNOT. WHAT LIGHT SHALL REMOVE THE DARKNESS FROM AROUND ME? THAT OF THE LOVE FOR WHICH I YEARN. COME TO ME. OH COME TO ME. THAT LIGHT IN WHICH I SPEAK. COME TO ME. OH COME TO ME THAT FEELING FOR WHICH I LOST. BRING BACK THAT FULLNESS IN WHICH I HAVE ONLY TO DREAM OF NOW.

This is very good, I liked how you reach to the reader, Like me, and pull me in to the fullness of this dream.

Ty. I like to make readers feel what I am feeling, for only then can they truly understand where I am coming from. Poetry without feeling is well dull. Ty again and I am glad you enjoyed.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
