    Poem Commentary

This poem is about life as i see it. How we all get to were we are suppose to be.

    Paths

I remember from days gone by, how we could not wait for the time when we could break free

We were in such a big hurry to get into the world,Oh! Such dreams we had.

Most of us basically knew what careers we wanted to pursue unless destiny took over, well i am sure we all know what happens from here.

We soon learn that being on our own is far from what we expected.

I wonder if we had knew what was to come. What would we have done?

As i see it when we are young, our minds has no concept of a path or which way we should go in life.

I think we are put at a place, for some reason unknown to us.

From this point we take many paths thro out our lifes.

All the paths that a person will walk, He will gain experiences, To keep and to give away.

With all the people in the world we are the one who walks alone.

The older we get the fewer paths we travel.

When we reach a time when our paths are no more, We leave here never to return.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion.
