Phone call to Heaven

Phone call to Heaven

What's the number to Heaven?
I need to place a call.
There is someone up there
Who needs to hear my all.
I want to tell him I am sorry
for causing him so much sorrow.
I wish I could take it all back
And meet him for lunch tomorrow.
Why was I so blind to his,
un-conditional love?
Please give me a sign,
a sign from above.
A sign to say you forgive me
and all will be "okay.
There is no color in my life
Everything is grey.
Please float down from Heaven
even for just one day
Please Dad.
Threre's so much more
I need to say.
Tap me in my shoulder
when I am alone in my room
Gimme some kind of sigh
PLEASE release me from this gloom

In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that no one ever knew before. But in poetry, it's the exact opposite.

Franz Kafka (1883-1924) Czech writer.
