    Secrets

    So why not keep secrets?!---
    Justifying that I'm from a whore!/
Like a MEATBALL to every perverted step-dads' eye./
    A young black queen,
Standing next to a whore ready for breeding./
I wonder if she know that they're watching me like it's time for feeding./
So now every crow is looking and watching me!/

    I'm like a girl---
Living in a world that she doesn't understand./
    The meaning behind a touch,or a stroke from a mans hand./
Knowing what it means to already be touched, and think that it's NOT okay/
So why not keep secrets,"They'll never believe what I say!!"---

Being stroked and touched by my moms boyfriend./
    Though, If I told a soul I'll just get a back hand!/
He touched my private,he touched my breast, and climbed on top of me./
I begged for him to stop, as he pressed his hand over my mouth to supress my screams./
    I've fallin' into a nightmare---
This is no longer a bad dream!/

The next day I awaken, but how can I explain./
The stomach sickness I feel and the impulsive pain./
From being captured every night, tortured, and slade./
So WHY NOT be the next LABELED as a RUN AWAY?! /

The little girl screaming to let the secret out. such powerful words to describe the pain inside, and not being able to tell a soul.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
