Shoulda

How coulda you do,
what you did to me,
how can you sleep,
now that im gone,
you tore me to pieces,
I cried the river,
built the river,
now I'm working on getting over you,
I'd never been so sure,
that you loved me,
I'd never been so sure,
that I wanted to be with you,
but now I'm sure,
you never cared,
I was just your toy,
I shoulda just burnt you,
before you burnt me,
I shoulda just hurt you,
I shoulda just cut you off,
I shoulda just listened to what everyone else said,
but now I'm all alone,
getting over you,
you're not worth my tears,
how could you do that to me,
you knew what i'd been through,
I dont think you listened to anything I ever said,
I remember crying on the phone to you,
before we got together,
about my dad,
my family, drama,
my problems,
you said everything perfectly,
you're just one of those,
who says waht girls wanna hear,
that whole four months,
I don't think you ever know,
anything about me,
I was just your toy,
and I fell right into your trap,
now I'm out, I'm strong,
I'm over you--
