Tears ago you were always by my side
Now, you run and hide
Tears ago you wee there when I needed a friend
You stuck with me through thick and thin
Tears ago you were the beat of my heart
Now, you've gone and torn it apart
Tears ago you were the love of my life
I thought, I was the center of your life
Tears ago we held each other tight
Now, we always fuss and fight
Tears ago you had a beautiful mind
Now, there's only dirt I can find
Tears Ago, so so many tears ago
