That Night

That Night

That Night...

Everything seems foggy still.

Those people in the park, where they real?

When I saw there souls beat, I began to thirst.

This strange feeling inside began to burst.

My flesh ran scorching hot.

Feelings of humanity felt to rot.

The urge to feed was over whelming.

Then I heard this screeching screaming.

Their souls bleed for us to feed, is all I could think.

The screaming stopped as I began to drink.

The sound of a gun rang out.

Before I hit the ground I woke up shaking about.

To this day I remember that night.

Sometimes I wonder did I really take that bite.
