    That's how much

For all the starz up in the sky,
For the oceans ebb and flow,
I often sit and wonder why,
My heart leans toward you so.

I drift in awe of mountains great,
And dream of clear blue skies,
With clouds so high & sun so bright
    I’m blind with adoring eyes.

The man I met, the man I want
    Remains within my reach.
If I could just explain to him
    To persuade, but not beseech.

You mean so very much to me,
To soon? I don’t think so-
For all I am, for all I’ll be,
    With you-I’m going to go.

Sweet, sweet love poem. I gave you an "8" but it came up as "1". Huh?

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
