The River

The River

As the sun sets on the river
And the winds begin to cool
The water starts to glimmer
Like the beauty of a jewel.

The islands calm and peaceful
A light wind begins to blow
An airboat stops to pick me up
The man says,come,lets go.

As we venture 'cross the water
The wind blowing in my face
I've finally come to understand
That this must be my place.

So was it location, location, location, or association, association, association? Come on, give a clue, the river, or the man?

It was the river.Did you see the inspirational sunset?

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
