    Tribute to Bishop Ramento

    a rose petal
    touches the ground
    bathes with masses’ tears
afloat in the pool of blood
    gushing resonance
    from the hallow ground
    of seven stabbed wounds
    a thorn was cut
    from its stem, undying
    it dances, interweaves
    into the multitude
    digging deeper
    into the murky hearts
    of fake thick gold
    the prick advances
    a very loud rupture
    where the turncoats
    dumped all together
    a red rose petal arises
    revitalizing, motivating
    the growth, the life
    of thousand flowers
    marching east to west
    meeting north to south
    they grow and bloom
    never wither for ages
    firmed and nurtured
    by selfless love
    for the masses

Poetry is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality.
