Uncertainty

Uncertainty

Many roads not yet taken, quo vadis?
Leaves begin to fall and wither
Still no possession to my name
Stature remains the same
Deluge of aspirations drown my mind and soul
Yet lifted by reality
Where fortune stays elusive

Friends flourish
Reaching towering echelons to polish
Still here I am in seclusion
Wishing luck to turn and touch me

I feel I deserve what I need and want
Hurdled so many struggles and overcome
Clayed with proper attitude and disposition
I've got all what it takes

Day or night, I oftern get pensive
Nitty gritty of life not the material things
Should I delve on the true worth of life
Whatever fate in my hands laid
This destiny I shall unfalteringly complete...

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
