If a heart beats a hundred times a minute
In between those beats are something to an amazement
Can be seen through, only with engagement
of this flute and yours too
Do not hold back of the pauses
Let loose the dams
Feel thy self explode bits and too pieces
Who cannot feel this warmth.

I get a bit of a magical mysterious feel from this piece considering the moments between heartbeats. A joy of release of the overpowering feeling of love. I have one called hartbeat if you'd like to read it. Enjoyed this write. Hope you add more. -Tonya

Thanks, that was my goal, to let the poem play itself through with no boundaries

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
