    Virgin Soul

Dilatory noon dilatory arrives at the deserted
Willows, who say goodbye to sunlight
Grey clouds floats slowly in the
    Mourning sky
Too many yellow leaves fell this morning
Someone left her life, still full of wishes.

    The white carriage arrives
    The white horses wait
    For the virgin body
    In the white coffin.
    Someone cries
    The sky darkens
    Flowers are withering
    Her soul is separating.

She slept peacefully in tender pillows
    Dreaming of a flowery future
    With her beloved.

    But with morning
    Her blood stops, and
    She dies.

    The face-pinched mother
    Quickly wraps her mourning turban
    Tries to comfort her
    Remaining, crying child.
Poor mother, she has been hurt for so many years
    How does she survive?
Does she have more tears to cry?
Poor younger brother, now the oldest,
    Now the only,
Standing innocent, no tears to cry.
How will he ever know what to say and do.

Someone lonely walks in the rainy night
Rain wets his shoulders, chills his painful heart
    But he doesn’t care.
    His beloved is gone.
The rain taste of salty tears.

    Yesterday
    They planned to marry

    Today
She is like the little boat
Without an oar, finally overcome by rain
    Drowning in the River Styx.

I love you poem it touches my heart in it's sad way, you can feel the pain which is a sign of a great writer... Thank you for sharing

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
