    We Could Never Be Friends

I want you to turn around as I whisper in your ear behind you
    REMEMBER THIS.

Whenerver you feel alone, know your not.
I will be thinking of you.

Whenever you feel down think of the good times we had together.
Know you met me for a reason, but you must never look back unless your heart tells you so.

Now when I let you go, proceed to walk forward for you have a journey awaiting you in which you must go alone.

As you are walking away I will say.....
I will never forget about you.
I will just learn to live without you, but hope one day I can hold you in my arms again.

Good bye my sweetheart... Good Bye

As the days, months, years pass away this is what I will pray...

As my man goes through his days
God caress him and protect him.
May the ones around him love him.

Everything in which he wants to pursue
give him the strength to endure them.

And if God there is a time that my prayers ever fail
and my man falls on bended knee
kindly whisper in his ear, remember this.

A soul searched truth. There are many reason why people cross our path. Some for wisdom, some for knowledge, some for an experience, some for friendship, and some well to break our hearts but for ever the reason we must hold our head up and keep experiencing life.

this poem is very good it tells what most people cant put in to words. but REMEMBER THIS (a peson that looks at the future like its the past never moves forward.) and it seems like you need to move on from this poem. ps. great word form.

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
