Whispers In The Dark
It is calm and serene, sleeping beside you here
I love having you so near
After a long day of hard work and sweat
Your smile works its magic on me and has since the day we met
We laugh and talk as we have dinner together
There is this feeling I have that we will be like this forever
Then, relaxing, we watch a little TV cuddling kissing
This is wonderful and there is nothing missing
Tired we both head for bed
I can’t wait for the pillow to touch my head
We hold each other tight waiting for the spark
And all I can hear are your sensuous whispers in the dark
