    with persmission, of course

give me your thoughts, with permission of course
and I will bring to them shape, flow, and new meaning
you possess the beauty of thinking for yourself
i possess the craftsmanship to mold into art

lend me your child, with permission of course
i will raise him with tender guidance and wisdom
being your treasured offspring i care too much
to allow a monster to emerge into the world

turn over your crops, with permission of course
and let me show you what the light of the sun can do
weather comes in so many patterns and degrees
i only endeavor to bring the best harvest possible

let me hold your heart, with permission of course
to wonder at the beauty of its continuous throb
i caress with passion to bring peace and love
for i am here to make that life more full
