    Worst Sundays

    Anger is the worst
    For him to burst.
    His argument that pays
    Pain on worst Sundays.

One person is not the stink.
Evil, people say, makes him flinch.
Music beats the beast that stays
Inside of him on worst Sundays.

    Horrible waste in despair
    Prevents many challenges up air.
    Damages done to betray
    His choosing on worst Sundays.

Being positive is what he needs.
    Spiritual toughness he forbids.
    Humility to pray
And have faith on worst Sundays.
