    A New Start
    Given the chance to have a new start, I would do things right, I would do things smart.
    Not wanting to follow all my old friends; Getting into drugs or to help my life end!
    I have this chance for my GED, This is something that's important to me.
    Once long ago I did things right! Staying straight, Going to my meetings at night.
    I always know a relapse is there; But so very blessed to have a GOD to care!
    A NEW START ! I see to live my life free.
    Now its time to just be me!
