    An Everlasting Circle

My love is true it comes with no strings attached,
I am not looking for anything in return.

It’s real! I can share my inner being with you, without crossing boundaries.
I can sit in a room with you and no words have to exchange.
Just offer my presence as some consolation and support.

I can render a smile or a gentle touch on the shoulder to bring assurance.
I can feel when you are down, heavy even saddened.

My love is true it comes with no hesitation.
Just call me and I will answer. Sometimes in a big yell, to let
You know I am coming or in a small quiet voice, “I am here.”

We don’t have to always agree for me to love you. My love is unconditional.
Hopefully after time has come and gone, you will see that my love is extraordinary

What? You still don’t believe me?

Fine! I’ll just prove it to you. I’ll never leave you or forsake you. I’ll continue to lend a helping hand and a warm embrace. I’ll converse with you when you desire to talk.

Oh, by the way, I am sorry you thought I went away. You remember the time. When you could not see or hear me? When you heard that I was intermingling with everyone but you. It wasn’t like you pictured. You were in my heart all the time. It was just your time of self-examination.

My love is true it comes with no strings attached,
It has no end- an everlasting circle.

Signed Your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

Beautiful piece, and sometimes we as people seem to forget that the best things in life are free:-) The Most High will walk with you, and through the tough times...BlaQ

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
