    Balance of trade

    There are no written directions
    Just individual perceptions
In reality there is no affection
    If so its immaculate conception

I never seem to figure this out
    attraction unreciprocated No Doubt
But why did it ever have to sprout
    Why couldn't these feelings reroute

Cause where does my mind go from here
    Your still someone i revere
but my heart has to surely stand clear
    Because it must not interfere

Once again to the shadows ill fade
This will be my last serenade
Knowing this was a balance of trade
Waiting for God to show me the way.

    nice poems good rymes

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
