even though you're my best friend
i love you like a sister
because i've known you for a while
and when i'm around you i always smile
because you're a fun person to be around
i'm just glad i met you
because you've been a good friend to me
and i don't know what i would do
without you
i want you to know
no matter what happens between us
i'm always here for you
because the friendship we have is real
and no one can get in the way of that
because we're like to halfs of a whole
and my love for you comes from the soul
