I hide behind this mask
Which used to be a flask
The flask is gone now left behind
but still somewhere deep in my mind
A smile on my face
while inside, Disgraced
A happy facade outside to the world
while inside my heart is lonely and cold
How did I get here into this abyss
A downward spiral of darkness and mist
of depths soo deep into Hell
Darkened thoughts in which I dwell
soo lonely and aged
Feeling Caged

I have thought for a long time that people don't see me everyone I know thinks that I am this strong man who takes care of his family and never seems down never seems shaken and that is the opposite. I am scared sometimes and sometime's I wish someone would take all the burden off my shoulders during those time's I just pray to god and allow him to carry me through he always gives me the power beyond what is normal

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
