Can It Be?
I've looked so long.
I've tried so hard
To find that one true love.
I've prayed and asked
The Lord to send
A sign from up above.
Can this be? Can it be true?
The one I'm looking for . . . is you.
I want so much for it to be,
That I have found the one for me.
The one to mend my broken heart,
A new beginning . . . a fresh, new start.
To leave behind the hurt and pain,
The broken promises and games.
Do I dare to take that chance,
A chance at love . . . and real romance?
That one true love, could you be him,
And do I dare to let YOU in?
