                            College
          Even though I'm college bound,
    I hate that I have to study like a hound.
          Trying to make an A on each test,
          doesn't give me anytime for rest.
        Thou college will get me somewhere,
        I am about ready to tear out my hair.
        Study, study, study that's all I do,
        study so hard it makes me feel blue.
        Trying to figure out this sociology,
         is taken everything out of me.
        Thou I have to study hard,
        this is my one good card.
        This will give me a good career,
        but right now all I need is a BEER.

    yes indeed a ice cold one! good grief it's so hard to stay focus with everything going on around you hard not to let your mind roam. really feeling it

    Yes to say the least it has been hard going back to college. but it is for a good career.

    lol i can so relate, im in college to and that seem like study is all i ever do, and sometimes i just need to breathe that y i come on here to read and rate u guys beautful poetry. lol haha like my rhyme

    Yes your rhyme was cute. What are you going to college for? I am like my poem going for sociology, to become a social worker.

    Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
