Confused

The ignorances of the mind suggest to never forgive and never forget. The foolishness of the heart whispers to a nieve body to forgive and forget. The wisdom of ones soul demands that you must forgive but never forget. How do you forgive but never forget? I was taught that forgiving and forgetting came as a set. Does that make me nieve? Gulliable for continueous pain to be received by others whom don't think like me. What if I don't wanna forgive or forget? Would that be considered ignorance or a survival instinct to protect. What really seperates man from animal is our abilities to reflect! Reflection is the intelligence to think about past so we won't forget what happen last. How do we forgive when forgetting won't let us? Forgiveness may be in the heart twisted like metal and strained ! Maybe trying to forget is the only way to block out the pains. Is that really forgiving? Or are we really actors receiving an emmy? Playing the role of GOD! Placing limitations on forgiveness or what to forget! Playing with ourselves because true humanly forgiveness does not really exsist?

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.

Aristotle (384 BC-322 BC) Greek philosopher.
