    Day's End

    When the day ends

    What goes through your mind?

    Do you see life’s bends?

    Have you been left behind?

    What’s left to find?

Will you just sit there and sigh?

Are you still just as kind?

Will your thoughts make you cry?

No matter how hard you try

Does life put you through a test?

If you do your best can you still fly?

Or will you look a mess?

    Will there be a tomorrow?

    Or just complete sorrow?

nice piece,,love this work,,can relate to this we all can,,

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the USA
