    Dear Dad

I remember when you would leave I was sad,
but that was when I would look up,
and see the only number one dad.
The only dad that would make us proud,
Now all I see is a selfish cloud.
It's starting to get closer and darker,
    it's becoming harder and harder.
    To understand all the emotions,
The emoitions swirling in those deep blue oceans.
You had something you may never regain..our trust,
    They always come before us,
So go and show them you love them more than us.
I wake up and look in the mirror,
    These walls must be talking.
There saying he has one more chance to make it right,
your always the one to start all the fights.
    You could leave right now,
    I would not care.
It's not like you were ever really there

U know my late father who past away & u capture his description. Good one keep on writing...

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
