    Dear "Mom" & "Dad"

    I've made some mistakes,
Some almost bad as an earthquake.
These words that come out of my mouth for me to say,
Are starting to get hard to speek each and every day.

I wish I could go back in time,
To try to fix things, and cleanse my mind.
Like, why did you two leave?
What the hell is wrong with me?

Why did things go this way?
Didn't you know, I was hoping you would of stayed?
You both just left me there,
For me to not know where, you would be.
Don't you two see how bad that you hurt me?

I wish I could just forgive the both of you.
But its not like you would even have a clue.
Everyting you two did was out of lust.
Thanking you for distroying my trust.

    I've made mistakes,
But yours are worse than an earthquake.
    I'm ending this here,
With knowing you'll never be there.

So as I turn and walk away,
I know the both of you will not be okay.
But if I don't do this to you soon,
then you will never get the clue.
    That I really do,
    Love you....

    Yours Truly.

Such sadness, yet truth. You are a special person and I am proud of you for your achievements and how you carry yourself in life.

This is such a great poem ! Great job! Thanks for sharing!

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.
