Deny Me

Deny Me

Deny Me food and water -injustice!
"Injustice" I scream through the tier upon deaf ears.
Captivating me mentally as well as physically.
Dimmed view of the bright side.
I take it all in stride ever since I got caught
Promoting liberty through the streets to do as I please
Here I will remain until time sets me free...
Deny me love, deny me an education,
Deny me everything but realize that it is only making me stronger.
When I awaken I will defeat this machine
That eats lives and money -as if it were human.
A symbol of power and justice
This machine is a mockery of itself.
Just like love
Or at least or feeble human perception of it.
God is love and we are not God
So how can we come close to loving?
Deny me once, Deny me twice!
Keep denying until you cannot deny anymore
the truth that will shine brighter than the Son at noon.
Quit masking yourslf behind lies and Know that
I am the great one sent to proclaim -liberty and love
I have been sent by my master to do his will or be destroyed
Me? I prefer His will...
What about you?
The machine is the beast and the end time is near
I have learned to deny myself since denial is all you have done to me
too bad for you
You never knew dicipline and it will consume you
As well as your
beautiful machine

The more you are denied, the more faith you find. See the bible sows it in so many ways, be gladit's not boils. Those that were persecuted, where of his favored. The constant barrrage of temptation is a sign, the constant trial isthe way you prove your love to him. Being a child of God, created by his own image.

Poetry is what gets lost in translation.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
