    Diary of a Woman

     Her body rhythmically beguiles
    their captivated minds;
    she sings to each man down the aisles,
    and each his siren finds.

    Though varied be the forms she takes
    upon each lover's eyes;
    a passion once at slumber wakes,
    to plumb through her disguise.

    The words are etched across her face,
    with every breath inhaled;
    into the soul, a warm embrace,
    a mystery unveiled.

    Returning for another glance
    beyond her vaulted door;
    The love she now holds in her trance,
    her chamber will explore.

    Now finding there upon her bed,
    a diary trimmed in gold;
    upon its sheets, with ink of red,
    are stories yet untold.

    In entry upon entry, he
    can see as blossom grows;
    through pages upon pages, she
    unfolds her budded rose.

    A nice write with good flow, def worth a second read- a bit slower being lured in deeper ... hated to see it end, it closed softly holding a memory of its words. Thanks, I'll be back

    I've always loved this one. The rhyme carries it like the sway of a woman's skirt.

    Very nice. As I read each line; I became more excited, more anxious to devour the next one. I love how the rthym led me to the end and made me want to read it once again.
