Disappointed

I am so disappointed
how I turned a smile to a look of hate
words so strong, only steel can protect you from
saddest day to date

I am so disappointed
how eyes so gentle at one time or another
turned to looks of ashame and hurt
making things so damn difficult between each other

I am so disappointed
a lot of suspension ran through my attention
I tried to reach for you
but you was no where near
I wanted  to share but...speechless
afraid you might be gone forever..u know disappear

words can't explain the situation now
but my feelings never got misplaced
wondering if things will ever be the same
wishing I can go back and just...erase.
