    Down on my knees in prayer
    when I feel lost and can't find my way, 
    I get down on my knee's and begin to pray, 
    I say Lord forgive me first of all for all the wrong I've done, 
    and for the blood of Jesus your only begotten son. 
    then I feel lifted like a baby off the floor, 
    thats wanting to be held and snuggled a little more, 
    my God, He comforts me, 
    then sends an angel to watch over while I sleep. 
    I talks to Him as a child to his father, 
    I believe in Him as He were my mother, 
    I put my faith in no other, 
    my sins were washed away when I came up out the water. 
    my God! this I ask in Jesus name, 
    let me learn to do whats fair, 
    so I can recieve the same, 
    when I'm down on my knee's in prayer.
