    Missing my husband

    Fear of Love?

It’s amazing the feeling I get when he is around, and the feeling of loneliness when he is not!

The shimmering of the stars that abound, and the deep dark dungeon inside I fought…

The silky fingers of the wind on my face, the dreadful touch of a dreary storm

The oceans waves, a sensations race, the vicious bite of a monster unborn…..

If only I could know for sure, that I am the one forever

Only my heart him could lure, and never from him be severed….

O how I adore and admire my love, o how I dread life’s death do us part

But my trust is in my Lord from up above, for He knows the thoughts and intentions of my hart!

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
