    For My Baby

You're everything I've ever wanted, but didn't have the wisdom to know.

Your presence was felt in the midst of my heart, long before I started to show.

You're a mystery, yet a miracle, a wonder, but a gift in the same. How could I

love someone so very much when I don't even know your name?

Your life was meant to be inside of me a gift from the Lord above ...

A creation of two and this promise is true... We'll forever be bound by love.

I will do what I can to be all that you need. Your happiness is my only concern,

and the fire in me that stands for your security is a blaze that will not cease to

burn. I can only hope that your soul will be pleased in comparison to every other

I wish and I pray on my knees every day that your thrilled you chose me as

    your mother.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
