Re: The Eastern Darkness, Demons of the Sand Lands(Poets of Blood)

The shadows over powers
The light. All is black as
Midnight. The chasm is
Looking back the mirror image
On the darkness shines back showing
The demons as all is lost. No mere
Man can prevail the mêlée so giving up
To the malevolence and stepping into the
darkness is the only option. Shattering and
A kicking I go enforced and pulled trying
To keep my grip on myself but the sword
Has no worth here. The demons unpeel me
From within tearing off every layer
Of me till what is left is a shallow slice
Of my soul . Obscurity evoke me tearing
At me like a projectile imploding my inner
Self till the summit of achievement no
Longer exist. Attainment for the luminosity
I have fallen and union the rank of legion
Lost to the sultry winds in the sands of time!

Re: The Eastern Darkness, Demons of the Sand Lands(Poets of Blood)

i left another post on the history channel forum. i am thinking maybe a show discussing the psychological mind set that drives the creative process would be a good approach. after all have you ever considered what the motivation behind your favorite poems and stories?

Whispers

EnlargeSong that acompanies poem:

The winter cold, it's freeze today,
sun's thoughts has blustered quick.
Came from behind, a shroud so thick,
its bitter taste has made me pray.

My eyes cast down as the ivy slows
weeps but a trickle with no pain.
Black Angel has come but no anger shows
as she whispers softly in my brain.

Truth sucked the sweetness from the vine,
frail fringed tale yet so dark and deep.
Her hand on me laid down to sleep,
bequeaths earth's dusk my pillow fine.

RE: The Eastern Darkness, Demons of the Sand Lands(Poets of Blood)

Rage! Rage! My anger wage war, to cut,
to slit, kill this f****n whore, these lyrics burn,
leave her in an urn, piss and sh**, then throw the
f****r, I'd love to pull her entrails out, ram her face and shout
poetic hate when i piss on open eyes, nor will I disguise my
intrigue and sadistic cardinal glee, as I break bone out of
skin and rip out her eyes with a fork so I
can skull the pork!
Or do a dance with a machete, my lovely little lady?
I'll rip her ass in two, massaging her genitals with a
switchblade, to.
You took my life, you lied against me, now you
think I'll go down easy? Except when I see you
in my dark........snakecool grin

Blue Inca Night (Verse)

A plethora prescence of a little ray of moonlight,
cat's eye blue in the sleeping coal jungle night,
smoothly eyes shadows in pure silver.

The cowering cirrus clouds,
awed by the full blue moons' glory,
insist in their ice plumage and so crowd her!

By toucans' call and parrots' screech,
her clouds collecting dour and dark moisture
promise the next daily magical rain squall
Iguanas, blue and green, do see all.

A sanguine scorpion pale glow mosses
the poison centipede pieces in the languid lake,
amidst the jade leaf wetted white and yellow lilies.

Pink and white flamingos stands by Fer De Lance can dream,
Brahma, standing in their sleep, do steam,
while vapid Coral and 30 foot Aanaconda snakes stealthily stream.

like a demented woman a screeching ten foot leopards' scream,
Cayman cage creek and bending with Piranha hungrily scheme.
A night of venal delight when real vampire bats fly and crawl all seem
to want to bite and taste your cute little city dream.

See what to a giant Red Tarantula is delight
in this effervescent fanged Urutu Viper summer Boa's blue night,
sweet meat for free when left to play when they said to go ahead and eat
after Auca voice a just want to play and poison dart and shrink your head, Ned!

Yet high in this lovely and so serene a screen
tiny little city civil Marmosets hold their hems and can be seen
to be entrusted in a stenciled delicate tea leap to avoid
the God sent sharp eyed Green Blue Inca Jungle Boys that enjoy
all hunted and thought deadly prey with cultured cutsey bits of blood
and succulent veal soft sinew with which to toy boiee!!!

RE: The Eastern Darkness, Demons of the Sand Lands(Poets of Blood)

This Arab Knight,
dressed in white,
a warrior so bold,
his heart ever so cold,
you search for your Queen, Shiba,
Oh, holy Goddess,
come to me,
here I do pray,
on my knees,
I bow before thee.
You whisper thy name,
ever so sweet,
it caresses thy cheek
on bended knee, I do pray.

To me, You say,
O handsome knight,
come before me,
I am your Goddess, your Queen,
No one thou before me,
To me your heart belongs,
this in time shall see,
on bended knee,
Doth love me?

Yes, my Queen, doth thou loves,
so great and so sweetly,
I am but meekly before thee.
In your presence,
my heart flutters,
on bended knee,
I do bow my head.
For you, I will do anything to appease,
put faith in thee,
for You, I do surrender,
my beautiful Queen.
Till thy dying days,
I do surrender,
and thy ground, thee walks on.

My faith in you grows,
O humble Knight,
on bended knee, you do pray.
You shall serve thee, for eternity,
on bended knee,
till your last dying day.

RE: The Eastern Darkness, Demons of the Sand Lands(Poets of Blood)

The Look inside section on Amazon is from the first load. They are changing it to the second, and the second one is traditional margining.

I have been promoting the book, and it is fun.
I have met some great writers, and screen writers.

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
