You were courageous
You taught me courage
You weren't afraid to enjoy life to the fullest.
You taught me how to have fun.
You questioned your surroundings
You taught me awareness.
You weren't afraid to stick up for what you believed in.
I respect you for that.
You were tough, a fighter.
The doctors gave you five years
You took over thirty.
For all this I thank-you.
For your courage, strength and wisdom.
I'm glad to have known you.
