You came into my life just like the rain
With the gust of the wind you blew in
You made me so wet and blew me away
From the top of my head to the bottom of my feet
You gave me just what I need
    A good night’s sleep

Just like the rain into my life you came
Falling down on me until that one day you stopped
All I heard was drip, drop
    Then it slowly went away
    As the sun rose
I waked with empty arms, a cold body and No you
But I still had a brand new day

I like this one. Itz simple. Rap N.E.R.D. is dig'n it. You gotta deep elegant soul. I alwayz dig that in poet.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
