Face-Book

Reading my book with your face

Checking the front and back cover before opening

Inside reading all about me

Turning page after page with your tongue

In the middle of the story

Can’t wait to turn to next page

To see what my words are going to say

Your eyes move from word to word

While your lips quickly count the syllables in your head

You begin to read faster, faster

Quickly your tongue turns

Lips count

Head imagines what’s about to come next

Face expressions change with chapters

Reading my life as it is

As it will be

As it’s about to be

Tongue reaches the last page

Lips stop

Head waits

Eyes close

Face expression now

Smile

Book over but the end just started
