    Him then you

I have a man. He loves, he care, he always there.
He protects me when I need it; he gives me love when I call for it. He the one I call out for a night, he’s the one I want by my side. You show up out of no where. Trying to take his place.
Chasing me around, following my steps. Don’t you know I’m in love? Don’t you know he's the one? I don’t care what you say I’m in love he’s here to stay.
You say you love, need me, will always be with me. But my man already doses all thoughts. He beat you to me, now give up. I’m staying with him thought the good and the bad. Forever and always, the love he only has. He’s the one I know it’s true.
It will always be him then you.

    tough getting them to understand

The true philosopher and the true poet are one, and a beauty, which is truth, and a truth, which is beauty, is the aim of both.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, American Poet (1803-1882)
