How Do You Cry

How Do You Cry

                               How do you cry.

Do you cry in the rain with great wrenching sobs,
Or down on your knees while searching for God,
Take to the bottle to find some release,
Cut others down to your own shame,
No quarters given, your not to blame.
What do you do when you need to cry?
How do you cry, How do you cry?

Sweet little children with lives full of pain,
Hopeless and helpless, searching in vain
Who helps the helpless with nothing to gain,
Life not worth the  living in torment and grief,
pain turns to anger to find it's relief.
How do you cry?  How do you cry?

With gun in a hand, swift missles of death,
innocent victims will draw their last breath.
Why didn't we see the pain in your eyes,
Depressed, Repressed, emotions all bottled up,
Filled to the bursting,  Can't be denied,
Blood letting in fury, while screaming inside.
That's How You Cried,  Thats How You Cried.

B. J. Bullard
