HOW FAR WILL HE LET ME GO

HOW FAR WILL HE LET ME GO

How far will he let me go

How soon will he let me know

If I really was the one

Was it only just for fun

Did he take pleasure in my torment

Was it just for the moment

    How would I know

    How could I bestow

All of my charm all of my charms

    On a snake charmers psalms

Spinning and turning like a child’s top

Letting go was so easy I didn’t want to stop

Still it was a joy I will not regret

I will stay within his debt

Showing me beauty and holding me tight

Being my mirror and giving me sight

Like your imagry. esp "Showing me beauty and holding me tight... Being my mirror and giving me sight" Nice

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
