I Know

I know much....yet I know nothing.
I understand alot....yet I remain confused.
I reach out to touch....but, I can't reach the multitudes.
I see destruction upon the morrow....
vision's I dare think of and never speak.
I look around at all the sorrows....
beleaving the lies that make them weak.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
